Melissa's Gold

Semi-sweet traditional that really brings out the aroma and flavor of the honey.  Enjoy by itself or with a meal, cheese plate or charcuterie.  Bronze Medal winner.

Autumn

Semi-sweet metheglin (spiced) made with cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, allspice and maple syrup that was aged briefly in a bourbon barrel. One smell and taste and it immediately reminds you of Fall harvest season and Thanksgiving.  Enjoy with your turkey dinner. Gold Medal winner and winner of People's Choice award.

Peach

This melomel expresses just a hint of peach and pairs well with soft cheese such as brie. Since it is not too sweet try it with chicken, fish or fresh vegetables.

Amarena

Commonly refereed to as "Viking's Blood, this is a double gold medal winner at the 2019 Asheville Wine Competition.  A very smooth cherry mead with a subtle hint of anise spice that is found in the nectar of the sourwood tree.  Never disappoints.

Devil's Delight

 

This bochet cyser is made with caramelized honey that adds a taste of toffee. Pairs well with cheddar cheese but also can be enjoyed well all by itself. 

Sensesation

 

Made with apple and cranberry juices. We named this Sensesation because it is complex and really dances on the tongue and arouses the nose that presents a different experience with each sip.

Apple of my Eye

 

Try adding a cinnamon stick or serving it chilled on a warm Autumn day. It also goes very well with a fruit bowl of apples, green grapes and cheddar cheese with crackers.

Royal Blue

 

A delicious blueberry mead that is excellent served chilled or at cellar temperature.  Pairs extremely well with goat cheese.  Sure to please any crowd.

This is the same as our Amarena with a hint of almond.
